Field Service & Support Process

Our team has extensive experience across a range of engineering disciplines and have travelled both domestic and international. Ability to work effectively at a customer site with minimal supervision and produce / maintain detailed work records. The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment.

Processes include:

  • Prepare Plan/Schedule installation start up and testing activities
  • Create operations and maintenance manuals, Conduct customer training on operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Calibration of measuring and test equipment as per NIST standards
  • Document changes made in the field
  • Perform acceptance test and sign off from customers
