Field Service and Support

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan installation startup and testing activities
  • Create operations and maintenance manuals
  • Conduct customer training on operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Calibration of measuring and test equipment as per NIST standards
  • Document changes made in the field
  • Perform acceptance test and sign off from customers

Our field service engineers have:

  • The ability to work effectively at a customer site with minimal supervision and produce / maintain detailed work records
  • The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment
  • Extensive experience across a range of engineering disciplines and have travelled both domestic and international
