Field Service and Support
Responsibilities include:
- Plan installation startup and testing activities
- Create operations and maintenance manuals
- Conduct customer training on operation and maintenance of equipment
- Calibration of measuring and test equipment as per NIST standards
- Document changes made in the field
- Perform acceptance test and sign off from customers
Our field service engineers have:
- The ability to work effectively at a customer site with minimal supervision and produce / maintain detailed work records
- The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment
- Extensive experience across a range of engineering disciplines and have travelled both domestic and international
