• Customer is billed based on milestones agreed in the offer letter
• Weekly status reports to update the customer on progress

 Time and material

• Preferred when the requirements / scope are not clear
• Option of having resources work under the customer’s indirect supervision or under our project management
• Weekly status reports including time log is sent to the customer
• Monthly billing based on the approved time log
